Who We Are
Metiskill Global Solutions Pvt Ltd was born from a simple but powerful belief: Every Organisation needs leaders of character as much as it needs leaders of competence.
Founded in 2019 in Bengaluru by senior defence veterans and industry leaders, Metiskill brings the wisdom of the Indian Armed Forces into the corridors of corporate India. Our founders and faculty have led soldiers in harsh terrains and taken difficult calls when lives were at stake. We bring those lessons to help leaders do the right thing, especially when it is hard.
